Very helpful and friendly staff at the base. Adam advised expertly on route and good places to stop. Yacht Haven Marina is a great facility with showers and a nice restaurant. Boat was exactly as expected. There is a not a real supermarket at the marina, just a very small shop. A €50 return taxi is required to get to the Tesco or Macros for provisions. Bottled water is very expensive on the islands once you are sailing.

The whole process of check in and hand over the boat went very well management and staff were very helpful we got off to very smooth trip Thailand is an excellent place to do a cruise with plenty of places to go Phi Phi island anchorage is very crowded but well worth it Looking back i would have spent extra and hired a cat instead of a monohull. During summer spend extra and get a boat with an AC

Accoglienza straordinaria del Charter Asia Marine a Phuket Haven Marina. Check in e navigation brief ben fatto, con pazienza e disponibilitá assoluta da parte dello staff. Ottima l’assistenza in banchina da parte dello staff del charter, sia in uscita che al rientro. Aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti della barca (Hanse 385): - Razzi di emergenza scaduti a bordo. Ho chiesto di sostituirli con altri nuovi - Avvolgifiocco si rompe al primo tentativo di aprire il fiocco: buona l’assistenza in giornata per ripararlo - raccordo della pompa dell’acqua dolce che si rompe, qualche litro d’acqua finisce sul pavimento della cabina di prua ed in sentina. Lo sistemo sostituendo le fascette metalliche - Serbatoio del fuoribordo vuoto. Mea culpa che non l’ho controllato al primo utilizzo, siamo rientrati in barca a remi - Elettronica di bordo obsoleta e schermi oscurati dall’usura che non consentivano di vedere bene le indicazion.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en Thailande. Le voilier est conforme aux descriptions et aux photos. La société sur place offre un service irréprochable que ce soit au niveau du confort dans le bateau mais également au niveau de sa disponibilité et son aide pour la décision de l'itinéraire.
