This was our first time on a bareboat charter and it won't be our last. I cant say enough at what a great time we had. For the first 5 days it was two couples. the boat was great and easy to handle with just the four of us. 5 days later our children showed up for the next 5 days. There was plenty of space for all to enjoy. We stopped in at many different ports, so every day was unique. We saw the islands of St Maartin, St Barts and Anguilla from a different prospective than people that just fly into a location. We saw the beauty of the shoreline instead of looking out from the shoreline. Globe Sailor found us a great boat and great people to work with, at a fair price.

We had a wonderful trip aboard the new Lagoon62. The vessel made a true home away from home and not only were we blessed with weather extraordinaire, calm seas and sunshine, but we had a most amazing crew, who worked hard to make our vacation extra special from our welcome to the farewell.
Cpt. Gilles is most knowledgeable and capable handling the vessel in and around the islands, a person who loves the sea and share his insights. He worked hard to meet our itinerary expectations and was flexible where it counts. Stewardess and chef Cristelle was equally personable and spoiled us with her cooking, a real treat.
We highly recommend them both for their skills and personalities which were equally friendly, professional and discreet.
The Lagoon 62 performed very well and the highfield tender and hydraulic lift was exceptionally well suited for beach/ swim exploration.
We truly enjoyed ourselves and will remember this Cruise very fondly.

Spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień na Karaibach. Mimo początkowej niepewności związanej ze zmianą jednostki i zmianą trasy, wyjazd przekroczył nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Doskonała kuchnia, pełna elastyczność załogi, wspaniały stan techniczny jachtu i niezapomniane miejsca. Polecam z całego serca!

nous ne garderons que de bons souvenirs de cette expérience en Catamaran.L'équipage a toujours été soucieux de notre bien être à bord et a adapté au mieux la croisière suivant les conditions climatiques.les quelques navigations sous voile donnent les meilleures sensations ,
le bateau est parfait et chacun peut y trouver son confort où les espaces pour se relaxer sont nombreux.Au mouillage aux abords des plages ,c'est au choix que nous avons pu rejoindre le sable en dingui,plonger ou faire du canoé.
De vrais vacances de farniente et simplement profiter.

Traumhafte kreuzfahrt durch die bvi

In Marigot wurden freundlich von Coco empfangen und zu unserem Boot geführt. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlernen der anderen Gäste bei einem abendlichen Snack und einigen Sicherheitshinweisen begann unsere Kreuzfahrt gegen 21.00 Uhr mit einer Nachtfahtt zu den BVI. Auf diesem langen Hin- / und Rückweg hatten einige Gäste mit Seekrankheit zu kämpfen.
Das Boot hat 6 Kabinen, so dass max. 12 Personen plus Crew mitreisen können. Wir hatten das Glück dass nur 5 Kabinen belegt waren. Der Esstisch war mit 10 Personen komplett belegt. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wo zwei weitere Personen Platz gefunden hätten.
Die Klimaanlage in den Kabinen soll nur tagsüber von 8.00 bis 22.00 eingeschaltet werden. Da man sich den ganzen Tag an Deck, im Wasser oder an Land aufhält, hilft einem die Klimaanlage da nicht. Bei 28 Grad Nachttemperatur vermisst man die Klimaanlage sehr, wenn man im Bett liegt. Bei Regen kann man nichteinmal die Dachluken öffen um zumindest ein wenig Luftbewegung in der Kabine zu erreichen. Diese Regelung hilft nicht Energie einzusparen oder die Umwelt zu schützen und sollte abgeändert werden, so dass man Nachts gut schlafen kann.
Die Passagiere kamen aus Holland, Frankreich und Deutschland. Bordsprache war Englisch.
Wir hatten viel Spaß miteinander und wurden von der Crew sehr gut umsorgt. Die Schnorchelgebiete waren sehr schön wie auch der Landausflug auf Virgin Gorda.
Die 4 stündige Fahrt nach Anegeda hat sich nicht gelohnt. Die Insel hat außer Restaurants nichts zu bieten. Eine Rundfahrt mit dem Motorrad war enttäuschend.
Fazit: Dies war unsere erste aber bestimmt nicht letzte Segeltour mit einem Katamaran. Wir konnten dem Winter in Deutschland entfliehen und hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt auf der Dream Canouen.. Vielen Dank an unsere Crew (Eric und Noeline) und unsere Freunde vom "Luve Boat" für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub..
