    The boat, an Elan 40.1, was, apart from a couple of small issues in good shape, and most importantly all the sailing tackle worked well.

    One point worth mentioning to potential charterers is that the area of Zadar Marina in which the boats are berthed is the tightest I have ever experienced. Although we managed to get in and out OK, others were not so fortunate, which provided for some entertainment for us, some red faces for them.

    Starting with prompt check in and good explanation on the boat of all aspects of what even after serveral years of experience with other boats the service at the base made us comfortable to set sail soon afterwards. The boat was well maintened, some small issues, not to relevant, inventory impeccable , instruments all in perfect order and working.
    The weather forecast predicted some heavy thunderstorms and we got good and accurate instruction at check- in on how to deal with extreme thunderstorms, that actually passed by the days after.

Die Marina Zada liegt zentral an der Adriaküste und ist von hunderten kleinen und größeren Inseln umgeben. Es eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für nautische Abenteuer, und da es direkt im Stadtzentrum liegt, finden Sie dort alle Services und Aktivitäten, um Ihren Urlaub unbeschwert genießen zu können. Die Nationalparks Pitvice, Paklenica, Krka und Kormati sowie die Naturparks Velebit und Telascica befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
